Licensing our intellectual property

This page concerns the authorized use of images owned by SunMaster and displayed on TanningBeds4Less.com, TanningLamps4Less.com, Tanning-Beds.net, SunMasterUSA.com, ClearTechLamps.com and our other websites.

UVA SunSystems, Inc. / SunMaster has over the years, created a huge depository of images that are relating to the indoor tanning industry. There seems to be a large demand for companies to use our images on their websites for various purposes, and because of this, we are offering to license the use of most of our images to companies looking to utilize our professional graphics capability.

All licensing must be done in writing and will be licensed for a period of one year, renewable at that current years prices. Because all of our images are copyrighted, the license that accompanies the image is the only authorization to use that image, and any other use constitutes copyright infringement. Some of the images, such as those that have our trademarks (SunMaster, Virtual Sun and others) are not elligible for licensed use. You should call and ask about any particular image before assuming it is available for licensing and use on your website. Licenses are granted for the specific use for a limited amount of time, and ownership of said images is not given to anyone who is licensing the use of said images.

Price structure:
License to use one approved image for up to one year: $2000 each.
License to use 10 or more images for up to one year: $1500 each.
License to use 100 or more images for up to one year: $1000 each.

Again we want to stress that you must contact us to determine if an image is available for licensing and obtain a written license for each image or group of images before using the image. Many of the more generic photographs are available, such as pictures of ballasts, parts, generic lamp images and the like. Use the contact information on this website or from the website hosting the image you are interesting in licensing and be sure to include the name of the image and/or its current location on one of our servers. Someone will contact you with licensing information and availability.
